From our first conversation to the final touches, we’re with you every step of the way.

Initiation.

The first step of the project management life cycle is simply to get to know you and the scope of your project. At this stage, discovery begins and decisions are made as to the project's most viable path. We take into consideration the perimeters of quality, budget, and time, and build a project plan that promises the best approach to an outstanding delivery.

Discovery.

Once we understand the full project scope, expectations, and potential roadblocks, it’s time to break the big picture into smaller, approachable pieces. During the planning stage, we are identifying all required construction activities, building the construction schedule, and coordinating our team. We provide you with a construction plan that lists the activities required and the timeframe for each phase of the process.

Construction.

We follow a construction plan customized exclusively for your project because it helps us offer exceptional project management, quality and delivery that is on time and within budget. In essence, it's our blueprint that drives each of our projects from conception to completion, while giving you peace of mind. A construction project plan is essential for any size and scope of project, whether it's new construction, renovation or rebuilding.

Jack guarantees the quality of his work with a clear, written warranty: all labor and materials are backed for a specified period, any defects or issues reported during the warranty will be repaired promptly at no charge, and he stands behind on-time completion and adherence to your agreed budget; as a licensed, insured professional he provides responsive support throughout the project and a straightforward claims process so you can trust the result.

Jack requires a clear, staged payment schedule: an initial deposit to secure the project and cover upfront materials, one or two progress payments tied to agreed milestones or percentage completion, and a final payment due on satisfactory completion and final inspection. Invoices are issued before each payment with a simple breakdown of work completed and any approved change orders. Accepted payment methods, due dates, and any late-fee terms are stated in the contract so there are no surprises.
